Melon Blast

You, who are reading these lines, are most certainly a coffee lover. So the idea of watermelon and coffee coming together already makes sense, doesn't it? Just think, we've barely survived the salted caramel craze, and pumpkin spice madness has already taken over autumn. Not to mention, who would have thought that some vermicelli with pistachios would cause a worldwide frenzy if it received the "Dubai" label?

So we made you watermelon coffee because we thought there was only one thing missing from rich, full-bodied, premium Colombian coffee: the nostalgia of Balaton beaches in 1996!

If you dare to taste it, we guarantee you'll instantly find yourself on a beach, with an anchor-patterned beach towel under you, a striped beach ball soaring towards your forehead, and within sight of the boiled corn stand.

To understand how watermelon ended up in our cup and what this whole thing is, it's worth clarifying the new trend in specialty coffees. Co-fermented technology is true biological sorcery: here, coffee beans are sealed in a tank with real fruits, fruit juices, and microbes and fermented together for days.

Our recommendation for coffee

Black:sweet, fragrant, and surprisingly watermelon-flavored! Try it with a longer pour; after the coffee is done, add more hot water (without a capsule).

Affogato:Scoop a large spoonful of vanilla ice cream into your cup, then brew a Melon Blast coffee capsule over it and spoon up the whole thing! Then make another one...

Milkshake:Put milk, ice cubes, and a prepared Melon Blast espresso into the blender, then blend everything well. Add more ice cubes and enjoy with a straw.
