1. The Samurai Club (hereinafter referred to as the Club) is a monthly subscription service related to the website samuraishoelace.com (the website is operated by Samurai Shoelace Kft (1046 Budapest, Kiss Ernő u. 3/A, tax number: 32144965-2-41). The service can be used by any private or Hungarian legal entity over the age of 18 who subscribes to the Club (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber), unless they have another contractual or preferential purchase arrangement with Samurai Shoelace Kft.

2. The Club is a monthly, recurring service. In exchange for paying the monthly fee, the Subscriber becomes a member of the closed club providing discounts. Registration and payment of the first monthly fee take place on the samuraishoelace.com website, by purchasing the Club product. By purchasing, the Subscriber automatically accepts these regulations.

3. Club membership becomes valid after the first monthly fee has been paid, so any discounts that may be offered do not apply to products purchased together with it. To benefit from the discounts, purchases must be made at different times, i.e. the Subscriber registers for the Club, and then, after successful registration (payment of the first monthly fee), he can first purchase with the discounted terms in a new purchase transaction. If the Subscriber purchases products at full price together with the registration transaction, he is not entitled to a refund of the difference between the full price and the discounted price.

4. From the second month, the monthly subscription fee of the Club will be automatically debited from the bank card provided by the Subscriber when paying the first registration and first monthly fee. The first monthly fee of the Club and the fee for the following months can only be paid by bank card, no other payment method is possible. By purchasing the registration, the Subscriber agrees that Samurai Shoelace Kft. will automatically debit the monthly Club fee from the bank card provided every 30 days as part of a payment transaction. The Subscriber may also make other purchases using other payment methods, they are not linked to the bank card registered at the time of subscription.

5. The subscriber may cancel the renewable monthly subscription at any time, in which case the membership is valid for 30 days after the last successful payment, after which it will be terminated. The partial monthly fee between the cancellation and the expiration of the validity period is not possible to be refunded. The membership can be canceled by logging into the website on the subscriber interface.

6. Membership will automatically terminate if the current monthly fee is not charged for any reason despite multiple attempts. The automatic payment debit will attempt to charge the monthly fee for 7 consecutive days.

7. A subscriber may restart a previously canceled subscription at any time, however, in this case, the discounts related to the subscription period will be lost, the duration of any previous subscription periods will not be added together, and in the case of bonus calculation, the start date of the currently valid and active subscription will always be decisive.

6. The discounts associated with Club membership can always be viewed on the Club product page. If these discounts change during the subscription period, the Subscriber has the right to cancel his subscription by logging into the subscriber portal, but is not entitled to any retroactive refund of any fees.

8. The Club subscription fee and related discounts are listed on the Club product page. The Subscriber pays the price paid at registration each month during the subscription, regardless of whether the Club membership price has changed in the meantime or if there has been an opportunity to subscribe at a different price during a periodic promotion. There is no possibility of reimbursement of the difference between the prices valid at the time of subscription and those valid at the given moment.

9. If a Subscriber cancels their subscription, re-subscription is only possible at the current price (indicated on the Club product page).

10. Subscribers are subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the samuraishoelace.com website in the same way as non-subscribed visitors to the website.

11. Under no circumstances can the Club's monthly fees be refunded.
